When you purchase a photograph from the Coterie Press photo library, you are only buying a reproduction from the original negative or transparency. You do not, in any way whatsoever, buy any rights to the image itself. All rights to the image remain the property of Coterie Press Limited and the individual artist applicable. We will actively pursue anyone publishing, copying or reselling any of our images. Should you decide to go ahead and purchase a print from us you will be deemed to have agreed to our conditions of sale which are:-

A Photographic Image purchased from The Coterie Press Library is supplied on the condition that it will not be reproduced, copied in any way, loaned, hired, or resold without prior written consent from Coterie Press Limited.
