The signed and numbered 'Special Editions' of LOTUS ELITE RACING CAR FOR THE ROAD are limited to one per Elite CBU (chassis number) produced, and numbered accordingly. Produced only to order, these books are very scarce and at present, a total of less than 200 have been made.
The SE book is presented in a silver Perspex (Plexiglass) slipcase, complete with a brass reproduction Coventry-Climax Godiva badge (produced under licence from Coventry-Climax.) Each Special Edition book is distinguished by a metallic facsimile Lotus chassis plate in the front that has been hand-stamped with the chassis number and personally signed by the Author.
